Blue Sage No. 11 is for the fun-loving and adventurous. On the main level is the well-appointed kitchen & dining area, the plush king bed that looks directly out a massive window to the private deck and Texas hills beyond. Just off the kitchen is the bathroom with a generous double-basin vanity, flush toilet, impressive walk-in rain shower and heated tile floors. Back outside, an exterior staircase spirals onto the rooftop where a huge tiled stargazing patio awaits. A 6-foot soak tub under twinkle lights is tucked away for privacy, but still has an expansive view across layers of hills to the horizon.

  • Parking is available directly in front of the property. Ability to climb steps is required for entry.

  • Check-in: 3 p.m.
    Check-out: 11 a.m.

    Smoking inside: not allowed
    Parties and events: not allowed
    Pets: welcome with a fee!

    Additional rules:
    Two adults maximum, and 1-2 children are welcome.

    No smoking, no parties, no events. Please respect the privacy and tranquility of any other guests on the property: no loud music in outdoor areas.

    No hunting or fishing is allowed at HoneyTree. No drones.

    Cancellation policy: 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival.

Blue Sage is located just 10 minutes outside of Fredericksburg on Ranch Road 965. Be mindful when planning your stay to use the directions sent to you along with your reservation instead of relying on Google or Apple Maps.

Check-in & Check-out

No. 11 offers self check-in with the keypad and your unique guest code. Check-in is available starting at 3 p.m. the day of your reservation. Check-out is at 11 a.m. the day of your departure.
