Blue Sage No. 3 is one of our most easily accessible dwellings with a glass overhead door that opens from the bedroom directly onto a large private deck which is anchored to a Texas Red Oak. Upon entering from the step-free boardwalk you will pass through the well-appointed kitchen to the bright, vaulted king bedroom. The bathroom has a flush toilet, a double-sink vanity, a curbless walk-in shower, and heated tile floors.
Other amenities include: Efficiency kitchen with fridge & freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig & French press, water kettle, as well as all essential pots, pans, utensils & dishes. Locally roasted coffee grounds as well as Keurig pods, cream, sugar and tea bags are provided. Salt, pepper, oil and some other basics can be found in the kitchen as well. On-site there are also community propane grills with grill tools provided and a community ice machine.
